Refund Policy

1. Sprint & Milestone Sign-offs
At Leads11 Agency, our work involves custom strategy, engineering hours, and dedicated team allocation. Milestone payments for custom web application development, Technical SEO, and Cloud Architecture are tied to approved sprint deliverables. Once a sprint or project milestone is formally approved and delivered, payments for that specific phase are strictly non-refundable. This ensures our engineering team is compensated for the specialized technical labor executed on your behalf.
2. Revisions vs. Refunds
We strive for technical and aesthetic excellence. However, subjective dissatisfaction with an initial draft, UI layout, or early prototype does not warrant a refund. Leads11 provides structured, milestone-based revision cycles within the project scope to proactively address client feedback, refine the product, and align the deliverables with your initial business objectives.
3. Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel an engagement mid-sprint or mid-milestone, Leads11 Agency reserves the right to issue a partial or prorated refund. This proration is calculated based on the technical work and engineering hours already completed up to the formal cancellation date, minus standard administrative and off-boarding fees. Any intellectual property generated up to the point of cancellation will be transferred to the client upon settlement of outstanding balances.
4. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
We are committed to fair and transparent partnerships. In the event of a disagreement regarding deliverables or billing, we strongly encourage clients to reach out to our engineering leadership for an amicable resolution before initiating arbitrary chargebacks with merchant providers. Unjustified chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension of all services, hosting infrastructure, and the surrender of unresolved accounts to standard legal collections.
