Terms of Service

1. Services Agreement
By accessing or using the services of Leads11 Agency ("Leads11," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for contracted milestones, the client receives 100% full IP ownership of all custom codebase, repository access, and design assets engineered for the project.
3. Payment & Milestone Schedules
Services are rendered on fixed-price milestone schedules or monthly retainer agreements as outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).
